Assistant Restaurant Manager

Reporting directly to Restaurant Manager and job responsibilities will be: Provide efficient, friendly and professional service and communication to all guests and team members.Take accountability and effectively manage the restaurant in conjunction with the Restaurant Manager.Assist Restaurant Manager in developing special promotional and merchandising plans, advertising materials to help increase revenue.Prepare weekly rosters and consistently monitor labour costs to remain within financial budget.Provide coaching and feedback to managers and staff and assess performance on and ongoing basis.Manage the restaurant to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety, and cleanliness.Assist in conducting staff and daily pre-shift briefings.Assist in the recruitment process and induction of new team members.
