Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.As an Operations Team Leader based in Hume, ACT, you’ll play an essential role in coordinating production activities while ensuring safety and adherence to work schedules. Your leadership will guide the team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.What Will You Do?This dynamic role offers a variety of responsibilities every day, allowing you to utilise your skills and contribute to the safety of your colleagues and the quality of our products. Your key tasks will include:assisting the Operations Supervisor in promoting safe work practices, including the use of mobile equipment, cranes, and loading products for transportorganising labour and equipment effectively to meet daily loading prioritiesperforming monthly safety audits, QA / prestart compliance, load restraint auditsfacilitating maintenance requests with external suppliersensuring accurate picking, loading, and recording of products for deliverymaintaining clear communication with both internal and external teamsMore About YouWe’re seeking reliable, dedicated individuals who are eager to learn and develop within our organisation.
