Territory Sales Manager (Distribution)

1. Sales & Market DevelopmentAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for retail/distribution business.Expand retail network by onboarding new retailers and supporting existing ones.Promote Sika’s range (e.g., tile adhesives, waterproofing, sealants, repair mortars).Execute retail-specific sales strategies and promotional campaigns.2. Distributor & Retailer SupportCollaborate with distributors to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.Assist in planning and executing beat plans with distributor sales representatives (DSRs).Conduct joint market visits to enhance secondary sales and build retailer loyalty.3. Technical Support & TrainingProvide product training to retailers, DSRs, applicators, and contractors.Resolve on-site product application issues in coordination with the Technical Team.Conduct demos and applicator meets to increase product awareness and confidence.4. Market Intelligence & ReportingMonitor competitor activity and share relevant market insights with management.Track sales performance and prepare regular reports using SRM tools and Excel.Identify high-potential markets and suggest actions to capture opportunities.5. Branding & MerchandisingEnsure placement of point-of-sale (POS) material, signage, and displays at retail counters.Monitor brand visibility and enforce planogram standards across outlets.Organize and participate in local trade events and contractor meets.
