Job Description

Advantage Solutions, a representative agency for Masterbrand Cabinets, has an immediate opening for a Territory Sales Representative in the Bay Area. This is a sales position responsible for increasing market share and awareness of MasterBrand (Thomasville) Cabinetry in the assigned sales territory calling exclusively on The Home Depot in the North Bay, East Bay, and northern Bay Area peninsula.

Job Duties Including: Meeting or exceeding all sales targets assigned to the position; execute sales calls. Increasing market share. Driving sales and marketing initiative in the field to launch Training designers at Home Depot locations Teaching/coaching the store designer on how to pitch the sale or improve the layouts of the cabinets on their design system to secure the sale Developing territory level and store-level strategy to increase market share. Gain understanding and insight of customer and consumer needs by direct interaction with consumers. Managing client, customer, and consumer communication and follow up needs through direct influence and relationship building with the designer as well as interaction with the customers/contractors who are in the store shopping for cabinets they increase sales of this specific cabinet type over competitors. Maintaining and updating store displays, marketing materials and execute new program initiatives

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has: 5+ years of sales experience 5+ years of design experience Works well independently and in a collaborative setting Strong organizational skills and is highly self-motivated Strong consultative sales style Strong organization skills and the ability to complete work thoroughly Strong note taking and follow up skills Outgoing driven personality with excellent interpersonal skills Experience within the Home Center or dealer environment selling cabinetry 2020 Design Software Expertise Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Experience using iPad/iPhone Knowledge of all working area of a kitchen or bath project Experience with modular cabinet design

Ensures workflow and processes are followed as needed to achieve business objectives and maximum level of operational efficiency Adheres to Company Policies & Procedures including but not limited to associate policies found on the Company's intranet site and the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics complies with applicable laws Performs the job safely utilizing proper equipment and safety techniques Additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor related to the position/department

Driving Requirements:Driving is an essential duty - DMV check will be required as will use of a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement program.

Travel Requirements:This position will require travel throughout the territory and will require occasional overnight travel for sales training/meetings.
