SOE Build Engineer

Your New RoleWe have an opportunity to join our high performing team as a SOE Engineer.You will be responsible in providing application and system support in order to manage SOE Image and Application Packaging services, solutions and support project work across a broad spectrum of imaging and packaging technologies. Primarily SCCM, MSI and MDT.Additionally, your role will develop to include:Manage, upgrade, and enhance environment-wide configurations, including user, device, and security policies, as well as firmware, drivers, and automation scripts using enterprise-grade endpoint management platforms like Intune.Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through prompt, professional, and attentive responses to customers and colleagues.Contribute to and thrive in a high-performing, collaborative team culture.Identify opportunities for service improvements and efficienciesAdhere to ITIL best practices and processes (e.g., change/release management).Perform hardware and operating system upgrades as needed.Maintain and enhance deployed desktop operating system images (both physical and virtual).Lead and support project initiatives as needed.Keep documentation up to date, including designs, as-builts, how-to, environment reports, risk registers, tickets, and roadmap lifecycles.This role is based in our Canberra office.
