Your New Role

Join a leading Federal Government project in a highly transformative time. We have a range of workplace modernisation projects for our customer and are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join our team. Bring your creativity, interpersonal skills and collaborative approach and help us deliver outstanding outcomes for our customer.

In a typical day you will:

  • Provideadvice and support in the areas of SharePoint, Office 365, and related technologies
  • Develop and maintain a scheduled upgrade plan
  • Maintain the existing SharePointWeb Applications and Site Collections, create and configure new sites
  • Configureand implementSharePoint & Office 365 features and functionality
  • Automatebusiness process through SharePoint
  • Provide advice to IT Services staff and end users as required in all matters relating to SharePoint and Office365 applications
  • Automatedaily SharePoint tasks
  • Produce and maintain supporting documentation for SharePoint and Office 365 based solutions

Qualifications

About You and What You'll Bring

We're seeking a Junior SharePoint Administrator with a collaborative, relationship building and solution oriented mindset to join the team.

On the job training and access to industry accepted courses will be provided, however some experience in the following will be beneficial:

  • Experience or interest in SharePoint 2013, 2016 and 2019 environments
  • Experience or interest in Office 365 and SharePoint Online administration
  • Exposure to SharePoint migrations, deployments and upgrades
  • Microsoft Infrastructure experience
  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • Experience or exposure to InfoPath forms and workflows development, such as Nintex.

This role requires the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold an activeBaseline Australian security clearance.
