Associate Director / Director - Cost Management

We are currently recruiting for an AD / Director in our Cost Management division to strengthen our Canberra based team. The successful candidate will be degree qualified with considerable industry experience and a passion for growing and mentoring teams.Leading existing key client relationships.Create and develop new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market.Be a proactive member of the Canberra senior leadership team, with responsibility to grow and develop the cost management team.Working closely with our wider CM business, in particular NSW.Take responsibility for your own deliverables and ensure all commitments are completed.Participate in the development of the business plan and take ownership for the delivery of project and overall business targets. Demonstrate our Purpose, Vision & Values in your everyday activities, setting an example for excellence.
