If you're tired of the Tri Cities and would like an opportunity, I have two body shops. One in Phoenix , and one in Tucson. It's getting harder to find technicians who can do this type of work. One of my employees is from Tennessee and after talking to him about the area, I figured I would give this a shot. I am looking for an individual or two with a paint and body background. Bill McConnell or Maaco types. Sanding, Masking, Changing parts, and painting cars and trucks is what I'm after. Now I can't move a family here but, I can offer transport for the right individuals and provide lodging to help them transition. Just like any shop , I pay piece rate. I will consider certain felonies on a case by case basis. I certainly know this is a shot in the dark . But, we have nice weather year round. Yes it can be hot in the summer but we don't have that sticky humidity like you do in your area.
