Greater Chattanooga area for over 20 years, as well. We offer a variety of services meant to protect commercial and even

residential buildings from fire. From repairs to inspections, we oversee every detail to ensure you are safe. Our goal is to

Qualifications:

- Holds a valid state driver's license with an acceptable driving record to be approved to drive the company vehicle.

- Must pass drug testing, background checks, and driving records checks.

- Understands safety and continuing education are essential in our industry.

- At least 18 years old.

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

- Able to lift up to at least 50 pounds.

- Willing to climb ladders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

- Willing to pass a post-offer drug test and background check if applicable.

- Must possess the abilities or aptitudes to perform each duty proficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Install fire suppression equipment in new or retrofit construction projects.

- Make corrective repairs to existing fire sprinkler systems.

- Assess systems with an impairment to determine the correct plan of action for the repair.

- Have a firm understanding of the importance of fire prevention and life safety.

- Follow fire sprinkler installation design plans and communicate needed design changes to fit actual site

requirements.

- Interpret system blueprints and fit pipes to meet the needs of various sprinkler systems.

- Deliver materials to the job site and perform minor fabrication on-site as needed.

- Utilize hand tools, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic power tools.

- Work alone or with other crew members under the direction of a Foreman.

- Oversee work and training of apprentice(s) assigned to the project.

- Be willing to work overtime when needed.

- When assigned to work alone, be a self-starter and responsible for communication with Superintendent and office

staff.

- Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills along with an extensive understanding of fire

codes.

- Have a strong work ethic, arrive on time, in proper attire, and ready to work.

- Be a team player, taking care of each other and customers.

- Perform look-ahead planning for job needs like labor and material to keep a project moving.

- Work with technology-based systems to complete tasks using operational systems (Phones & iPads).
