My Maintenance Pro TN is looking for a RELIABLE HVAC tech/handyman/tradesmen to perform repairs on our client's residential homes and appliances.
A handyman/tradesmen that will succeed with us will have a vast knowledge of diagnosing a wide range of appliances from refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, microwaves and washer and dryers. They will also have vast knowledge in light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry, paint, and drywall. They will be able to communicate effectively and complete jobs in a timely manner. This position is great for people who are RELIABLE, WANT A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE, AND WANTING TO CONTROL THEIR INCOME. Pay starts at $25-$30 an hour. (Raises happen very quickly!)

Minimum Requirements:
-Must be RELIABLE!
-Must be able to communicate with the office in a timely manner.
-Must be able to give excellent customer service.
-Must possess all the necessary tools needed for the job.
-Must have experience and references in appliance repair.
-Must be willing to travel throughout the Nashville area with YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
-Must have reliable transportation (Truck, Van, or SUV) (PLEASE NO CARS)
-Must have access to a smartphone.
-Must have a valid driver's license.
-Must be able to pass a background check.
-Must be RELIABLE!
-HVAC experience.
