Job Overview:
We seek an Automotive Technician to join our Hybrid and Electric Car Sales Service team. No prior experience with hybrid or electric vehicles is necessary. Candidates must have their own tools and a strong mechanical background. We will train on the job for the hybrid and EV part. You will be in a small shop environment, working directly with the owner. You will be working on the same type of cars over and over.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to: Lift and Support Vehicle, Change: Brakes, Suspension, CV Axles, Basic 12V Electrical, Oil/Transmission/Coolant, Remove FWD Transmission, etc.
- Must have own tools.
- Valid driver's license and have a decent driving record.
Will Assist with
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on various vehicles, focusing on hybrid and electric models. Service of client vehicles and preparing dealership vehicles for sale.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and diagnostics.
- Assist in installing and repairing vehicle Hybrid and EV components and systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
We Specialize in repairs of: Chevrolet, Ford, Toyota, Honda, and Tesla … Some BMW, Fiat, Nissan.
We also perform: detailing, minor paint and body work, tire repair, engine and transmission work, and much more. This is more than just batteries.
