Job Summary:
Experienced Garage Door Service Technician with strong technical skills and a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with garage doors.
Make sure all customers are satisfied with services rendered before leaving location.
Keep the entire working area neat and organized and free of debris, foot, and fingerprints.
Install, repair, and maintain residential garage doors and openers.
Perform routine maintenance to ensure garage doors are functioning efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and explaining repairs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and extremely accurate.
Ability to solve problems.
Prior experience at A1 or Precision
Education and Experience:
High school diploma required
Highly 1+ year experience as an garage door technician
Tech/Trade School strongly preferred
Valid US Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
