RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead and supervise electrical teams across multiple job sites (must be willing to travel)

- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily work activities to meet production goals and project milestones

- Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local code requirements

- Oversee installations of conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, and other commercial electrical systems

- Collaborate with project managers, GCs, and inspectors to ensure smooth operations

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards

- Coach, mentor, and evaluate electricians and apprentices to develop team talent

- Identify field issues, troubleshoot, and resolve problems proactively—no excuses, just solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Be at least 18 years of age

- Be eligible to work in the United States

- 10+ years of paid / verifiable supervisory experience in commercial/industrial electrical work

- Proven leadership and communication skills

- Strong understanding of NEC codes and jobsite safety regulations

- Ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively

- Tech-savvy with the ability to read blueprints and digital construction documents

- Willingness to travel frequently for multi-site operations Pride in your work, precision in execution, and relentless attention to detail
