We're an extremely fast-growing residential roofing company with the goal of being the best in the country and having a lot of fun getting there.
What we're looking for:
- 1+ years of commissioned sales experience (preferably outside of the roofing industry)
- Entrepreneurial with a strong desire to help us build and grow an elite company
- Hungry and Driven to achieve goals
- Proven track record of self-discipline
- High level communication skills
- Loves sales and helping people
- Authentic and good at building rapport
- Comfortable door knocking and learning how to inspect roofs
What the job looks like:
- Canvas neighborhoods and door knock to get roof inspections
- Assist homeowners with filing claims
- Work with homeowner and insurance carriers to get claims approved
- You will have a lot of assistance during the claims process helping to get roofs approved
- All training and safety equipment will be provided
- You will need reliable transportation to canvass the Nashville-Franklin-Murfreesboro area.
