Leasing Consultant needed for large apartment community in Nashville in southeast Davidson County between airport and Bell Road. Looking for friendly person with customer service focus to join our team and grow with our company. Leasing/Sales experience preferred but will train the right candidate. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Assist prospects and residents by providing outstanding customer service.
Lease apartments
Build lasting relationships with residents
Renew existing leases
Abide by Fair Housing laws and regulations
Conduct market research and be familiar with competing communities rates and amenities
Assist with business outreach marketing
Help plan and participate in resident events and activities
Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Property Manager
Full Time position with weekend hours (Saturday). Competitive Benefit Package. Background Check Required.
