Have to be located in Nashville, Tennessee and be capable of working in-person. We are seeking three enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Cold Callers to join our team. Initially, this role will be remote, transitioning to in-person work after the first month. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $12 plus a 10% commission on each deal closed.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to small businesses across America to sell alternative financing solutions.
Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and present appropriate financing options.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales progress.
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
Requirements:
Must be located in Nashville, Tennessee.
Ability to work remotely for the first month, with a transition to in-office work in downtown Nashville.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales or cold calling is a plus, but not required.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
Compensation:
$12 per hour.
10% commission on each closed deal.
