Property management company seeking a part time cleaner to bring onto our staff.
We are looking for a reliable, motivated, hardworking, team player with 5+ years professional cleaning/janitorial experience in either residential or commercial real estate environments.
We have long term residential rental properties throughout Nashville, a few short term rental (Airbnb style) properties, and some commercial properties as well. Hours and work days may vary, must be able to work weekends and sometimes holidays, but you will likely have one, two, or three days off throughout the average week. Weekly hours might range anywhere from 20-35 depending on our reservation calendar and ongoing projects.
Some days you might be working on a vacant house cleaning between long term tenants at a single family home. Or you might be doing a post-renovation clean up after our carpentry crew completes some projects at a house or office building. Or you could be doing a short term (airbnb) turnover at a fully furnished lakehouse. Must be able to lift 20-30 pounds (ie, moving some furniture to clean underneath).
A typical weekly schedule might look like this:
Monday: 8am-10am office building cleaning in Donelson, then 10am-3pm turnover cleaning at Airbnb house in Mt Juliet
Tuesday: day off
Wednesday: 10am-3pm turnover cleaning at Airbnb house in Mt Juliet
Thursday: anytime, 3-4 hour vacant house cleaning at a townhome in Bellevue
Friday: anytime, 2-3 hour post-renovation clean up at vacant house in Hermitage
Saturday: day off
Sunday: 10am-4pm turnover cleaning at Airbnb house in Nashville
Requirements for a qualified applicant include:
Must be detail-oriented, resourceful, and willing to pitch in wherever needed. Must be comfortable working in multiple locations, across multiple properties any given day. Must be able to identify maintenance needs and be able to communicate any issues to management. Must be willing to go above and beyond a basic cleaning routine to provide A+ professional cleaning service at all times. Must clear a background check. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be fluent in English speaking and writing.
Schedule is set 1-2 weeks in advance.
Hourly pay is $18-20 per hour depending on previous verified experience.
Cleaning supplies and equipment provided, qualified applicant must have their own reliable transportation.
Our office is based in Goodlettsville, TN but we have rental property in Nashville, Bellevue, Hermitage, Donelson, Franklin, and Madison.
