Successful businessman is in need of a part-time Executive Assistant who can work both remotely and on-site in the Brentwood area. The position will include project tracking, business start-up administration, bookkeeping, selecting and directing vendors and suppliers, etc.
Skills needed include experience with Microsoft Office, proven ability to juggle multiple projects, strong attention to detail, basic accounting skills, and proven ability to hit deadlines and achieve goals.
Hours are flexible with the potential to grow into a full-time position if desired and performance warrants. Required to have own transportation. A plus is any experience with book editing or book publishing, ClickUp administration and preparing patent applications.
