- Maintain a portfolio of funeral home clients
- Receive requests for custom content
- Submit content requests to design team, and manage feedback and approval
- Deploy content for clients within our internal digital marketing tool, Growth Engine
- Monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Reach out to clients on a defined schedule to communicate results and value
- Use creativity to generate ideas for improvement and new content to get improved results
- A passion for digital marketing and software tools
- Good communication skills and comfort talking to clients on the phone
- Ability to think fast and make educated decisions on the fly
- Ability to read and analyze data, and use that data to formulate proper strategy
- Process-oriented, ability to plan and execute tasks consistently and on time
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgement and act with integrity
- Highly motivated and self-driven
- Eager to learn and take ownership of projects and tasks
- Creativity in thinking of new ideas and follow through to try them out
- Passionate about staying on top of social media trends
- Experience with social media and digital marketing
- Education in marketing, business, journalism, or a related field
- Experience with Facebook Ads
- Content writing experience
- Experience with social media related design (ex: posts, eBooks, infographics etc.)
- Client experience is preferred
