Job Description:
The Kingston Group is seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks at our residential construction sites. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Flooring repairs
Drywall repairs
Finish carpentry
Caulking
Paint touch-ups
Hardware installation
Light fixture installation
Minor plumbing repairs
Miscellaneous tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role within the construction industry
Proficient in various repair and maintenance tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
