Job Title: Janitorial Field Supervisor
Job Summary:
As a Janitorial Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of janitorial staff across multiple locations or a large facility. You will ensure that all cleaning operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of janitorial staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
Coordinate schedules and assignments to ensure coverage and efficiency in cleaning operations.
Monitor and inspect work performed by janitorial staff to ensure quality standards are met.
Client Relation:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and facility managers.
Address client concerns and requests promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service levels and address any issues or feedback.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and enforce cleaning standards and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Take corrective actions as needed to resolve deficiencies and improve service delivery.
Training:
Train new janitorial staff on cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to improve team performance.
Promote a culture of safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Inventory and Supplies Management:
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
