Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate should be familiar with construction processes and tools, focusing on attention to detail throughout the process.
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate installation requirements and determine optimal placement of patio screens.
Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to develop installation plans, remodels, and
schedules.
Install fixed and motorized patio screens according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Securely mount screens to existing structures, including patios, decks, and pergolas, using appropriate tools and
hardware.
Installing doors, trim carpentry and setting post.
Test installed screens for functionality and performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve optimal operation.
Provide comprehensive training to clients on how to operate and maintain their patio screens, including troubleshooting
tips.
Document installation procedures, configurations, and client preferences for future reference and quality assurance
purposes.
Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and
others.
Qualifications:
Previous experience installing fixed and motorized patio screens a plus.
2 years of trim carpentry or carpentry.
Basic construction knowledge, including proficiency with hand and power tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and
team members.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, particularly when troubleshooting installation challenges.
Physical fitness and ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment in outdoor environments.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various job sites as needed.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
