Immediately opening for a full-time Medical Receptionist with a friendly and flexible GI provider's office.
Requirements (included but not limited) -
Filling
Answering multi-phone lines
Scheduling appointments (office visits & procedures), medical records, referral processes, recalls
Entering patients' demographics, scanning/sending patients docs.
Preparing charts for scheduled visits
Confirming scheduled appointments
Checking patients in/out
Willing to assist other staff as needed
A dependable team-player with outstanding customer service skills
Knowing eCW and Cerner platforms is a significant plus.
