We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated caregivers or nurses to provide 12/7 care for a bedridden ALS patient. The patient is on a ventilator with a tracheostomy, uses a feeding tube, and communicates through an eye-tracking device.

Responsibilities:
Provide personal hygiene care, including bathing, toileting, and cleaning.
Manage ventilation, including suctioning.
Manage feeding tube, including refilling with food and water.
Assist with medication administration through the feeding tube.
Perform light exercises and range of motion activities.
Assist in meeting and speaking with the patient's doctors and respiratory therapists occasionally.
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or higher certification.
Familiarity with ventilators and performing suctioning.
Experience with feeding tube/medication management.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
Accommodation:
A fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment within the house, shared between the two caregivers. Each caregiver will have their own bedroom, and share the full bathroom.
The apartment includes its own kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer, TV, and A/C control.
Photos of the apartment or facetime call will be provided.
Schedule:
12/7 care coverage, shared between two caregivers.
Each caregiver will share the workload and provide breaks for each other.
Holidays off to ensure caregivers can rest and spend time with their families.
An additional paid 2-week vacation every year.
Compensation:
$3000 per month per caregiver, paid weekly at $750.
Room and board included, with no expenses except for personal groceries and gas.
