Live-In Caregiver / Household Manager — Free Housing + Stipend
(Brand-new home on the Nashville Brentwood border - move-in target August 2025)
I’m a C-level quadriplegic who works full-time during the day and is committed to maintaining an active, independent life. I’m seeking a trustworthy live-in helper to handle evening transfers, occasional overnight needs, and household upkeep so I can keep thriving on my own; compensation includes free housing plus a time-based cash stipend.

Position Snapshot
Schedule Put me to bed 10 PM (6 nights/week) On-call overnight for rare emergencies (otherwise uninterrupted sleep) morning assist on selected weekdays
Daytimes Completely free for a 9-to-5 job, grad school, or personal commitments
Compensation Private bedroom & bath in a new, fully furnished home All utilities + many groceries/essentials covered Weekly cash stipend (negotiable)
Contract Term 12-month commitment preferred, with option to renew
Time Off Vacations & holidays easily arranged with advance notice

Core Responsibilities
1. Night-time Personal Care
Safe bed transfers (Hoyer-lift experience is a plus, training provided)
Basic hygiene / positioning
2. Morning Assistance
Quick setup for the day (dressing tweaks, wheelchair positioning)
3. Household & Property Management
Cooking & Meal Prep (cooking skills a plus)
Cleaning, laundry, and general tidiness
Grocery runs & supply restocking
Coordinate lawn care / light yard tasks
There will also be situational and ad-hoc caregiver duties that may be required.
