Pay Range:
BSN-RN: $35-$37/hour
RN: $30-$35/hour
LPN: $27-$30/hour
CNA: $17-$19/hour
Responsibilities:
Registered Nurse (RN):
Evaluate patients’ status and develop nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and record patients’ medical conditions and responses to treatments.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Respond to emergencies and urgent issues.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Administer medications and treatments as directed by RNs and physicians.
Monitor patients’ health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
Assist with patient daily activities.
Collect specimens for lab tests and perform basic diagnostic procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Assist in emergency situations and provide basic first aid.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):
Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Report changes in patient conditions to RNs or physicians.
Participate in recreational activities to improve patients’ mental health and well-being.
