Slow Hand Bakehouse, located at 111 S. Greenwood St. in Lebanon, TN, is looking to add a part-time pastry assistant to our small team. Hours would be Tuesday-Thursday from 5:30-close of day, which ranges from 1pm-3pm.
The ideal candidate has at least a year of baking and pastry experience, a general understanding of safe food handling and proper food hygiene, has the ability to lift 50 pounds and is comfortable standing for long periods of time.
Production includes cookie doughs, muffin and cake batters, biscuits and scones, pie dough, eggs and breakfast related items, cooking bacon and other breakfast meats, sauces and glazes, quick breads and more.
