Join Our Laundry Team at Music Row Cleaning Co. (Nashville, TN)
About Us:
Music Row Cleaning Co. is a family-owned, short-term rental cleaning company serving the Nashville area. (Turning Airbnb rentals, etc.) We have a warehouse laundry facility. We wash linens for our company and many others, and we are looking for help during our busiest season!
Who We’re Looking For:
Our ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, with a strong attention to detail. This role may require working independently after you train with us.
Responsibilities:
- Carry linen bags (up to 25 lbs)
- Weigh linen bags and record weights on an iPad spreadsheet
- Load and unload washers and dryers
- Treat stains before loading linens
- Fold linens neatly
- Pack linen bags for our cleaning team
- Perform light cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Empty trash
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and reach
- Capable of performing light to strenuous labor
The Perfect Candidate:
- We currently need someone who is available on SUNDAYS - Can be afternoon or evening
- We also need help other days: Mainly Mon/Wed if possible; Let us know what your schedule is and we can be flexible.
- Previous experience with laundry is a plus (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in warehouse. We have fans but no air conditioning. Cold water always provided Break room is air conditioned.
- We are looking for around 15 hours of help a week right now. This would ideally be broken into (3) 5-hour shifts.
- Day or evening shifts available.
