- Experienced leader who builds understanding and alignment across different areas of the business and fosters a culture of communication and transparency; provides visibility into the technical architecture and effectively translates it to stakeholders
- Proven ability to determine the right team structure, adapt that structure as the business evolves and attract strong people to fill those roles
- Strong partner to the product team who thinks strategically about investments in technical products and works iteratively to conduct product discovery, investment, and optimization efforts
- Accelerate and embed the use of technology to complement a strong service offering to deliver an outstanding experience and results at scale
- Proven track record with a venture-backed company that established product-market fit and built the architecture, technology stack and team to achieving rapid scale
- Build technology solutions that have a consumer facing component
- Work closely and collaboratively with product and data/analytics to maximize the company's impact with customers
- Ability to integrate external resources as needed while managing the right balance of internal and outsourced resources
- Healthcare exposure preferred, but not required
- Preferably a candidate that comes from a startup/entrepreneurial environment (50-150 employees)
- Ideally this candidate will come from a high growth/fast paced environment with experience hiring and scaling IT teams
- Experience managing and scaling engineering/development teams
- Highly experienced in agile processes
