Responsibilities include:
- Project management of all PTP/MDG tasks for the Global ERP implementation of S4 Hana as listed below:
- Implementation of S4 for PTP and MDG
- Design/implementation of MDG
- Design/implementation of supplier onboarding tool
- Vendor and financial data rationalization/cleanup
- Purchase order cleanup
- Data conversion efforts
- Other projects as identified
- Project management of PTP related projects as listed below:
- Vendor support/change management design and implementation
- Development of key metrics using Celonis and other PTP ERP systems
- Other continue improvement projects as identified
- Project Manager on all technical and M&A related projects/implementations
- Performs root cause analysis sought toward eliminating source of process issues from business environment as needed in Ariba, SLP, SAP and RampUp
- Partners with the IS&T and MTS teams to resolve system defects and implementation of system improvements
- Ensures all PTP testing processes for new SAP, Ariba, SLP, RampUp and other PTP related system implementations are completed successfully and timely
- Bachelor's Degree (or comparable experience) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Project Management, Information Technology or Organizational Management
- PMP certification preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote
- Knowledge of SharePoint Site configuration, development and maintenance
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools for a major ERP system, including writing/crafting reports
- Knowledge of Celonis and Ariba/SAP a plus
