Your Role at Raising Cane’s:The Restaurant Performance Standards Assessor is responsible for performing comprehensive on-site evaluations to help the restaurants maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, customer experience and brand protection. The RPS Assessor is also responsible for effective and professional communication of all aspects of the evaluations to multiple groups across the organization.The physical work environment includes working in a fast-paced kitchen environment (which requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing, lifting, and bending) and interfacing with customers. It also includes both inside and outside in varied temperatures, with and around food products and common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products, and requires use of personal protective equipment and ergonomic activities necessary to complete the job function.   Your Impact and Responsibilities:Measures the performance of all standards against a detailed set of standards effectively and consistentlyConducts multiple assessments across restaurants for tests, pilots, or other data-gathering opportunitiesSupports all adjustments to the systems and programs used to measure performanceDelivers comprehensive results with supporting documentation and pictures to empower operatorsSchedules and manages quarterly list of assessments ensuring timeliness, frequency and all guidelines are achievedManages all travel & expenses, adhering to company guidelinesProvides feedback on programs and systems for performance management and operational excellenceServes as a subject matter expert in the areas of food safety and all Raising Cane’s specific standards
