IT Consulting Practice Manager

Description Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Advisory and Consulting (ITAC) Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This role will support the Technology program within our Consulting Department, focusing on delivering high-quality IT compliance and strategy solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in IT advisory roles, particularly in the healthcare sector, and a passion for fostering client relationships and leading teams to drive results. Responsibilities: Manage IT compliance and strategy consulting projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget expectations. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs to provide customized IT solutions. Oversee the preparation and execution of project proposals and contracts. Lead the management of project budgets, forecasts, and billing processes, with expertise in Salesforce Billing to optimize operations. Supervise and mentor a team of consultants, fostering continuous improvement and detail oriented growth. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and support the sales process. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, with a focus on healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA security, NIST, and ISO standards. Requirements Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in IT advisory roles, particularly in healthcare settings with expertise in healthcare IT compliance and regulations. detail oriented consulting experience with a focus on IT and advisory services (preferred). Certifications such as CISA or CIA (preferred). Proficiency in Salesforce Billing, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant IT platforms. Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading large-scale projects, managing timelines, and ensuring compliance with business objectives. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex compliance requirements into actionable solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships and leading diverse teams. Proficiency in creating technology assessment reports, conducting in-depth client assessment interviews, and performing independent analytical evaluations.
