Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsPosition SummaryAs a member of the ITG Finance Business Intelligence team, this incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Cisco EPA agreement. This position will interact with many levels of leadership within ITG and across the entire HCA organization to execute and monitor the Cisco agreement, assisting with accurate and timely cost allocations to the appropriate beneficiaries. This position will directly report to the Director of Finance Business Intelligence within ITG Finance & Administration.Major Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendor on tools, file retrievals, and data requirements for consumption reporting. Leverage Business Objects and Infor for internal consumption reporting. Coordinate and communicate with ITG Finance, ITG Project Management, and ITG Product Owners to ensure accurate allocation of Software costs to ITG Projects and Departments. Monitor clearing accounts for ITG and Capital Deployment, ensuring costs are charged and allocated appropriately on a monthly basis. Assist in the preparation of the monthly billing file, coordinate with ITG Financial Reporting to complete billing allocation. Coordinate as necessary with ITG Tax to ensure appropriate tax allocation. Coordinate with Corporate Fixed Assets and Accounting personnel regarding asset assignment and matching to complete proper asset identification in accounting records. Perform other duties as assigned. Practices and adheres to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission and Value Statement.Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree Business Administration required or equivalent combination of education and/or experienceQualified candidates must have 1-3 years of relevant work experience requiredKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors Required: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including Power BI and Power Query. Strong public speaking skills for leading executive meetings. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong aptitude for understanding, using, and adopting technology skills. Ability and willingness to respond to a changing/dynamic work environment. Fundamental knowledge of Contractual terminology. Fundamental knowledge of HCA Procurement and Billing processes. Fundamental understanding of IT Infrastructure and the Healthcare Industry.
