Camera Operators: Operate professional camera equipment and capture stunning visuals under the Director's guidance. (List specific camera experience if needed)
Gaffer/Lighting Technician: Oversee the lighting setup on set, ensuring proper illumination and creating the desired mood and atmosphere.
Grips: Assist the Camera Operator and Gaffer with equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.
Sound Record-ist: Capture high-quality audio using professional equipment and ensure clean recordings throughout production.
Production Assistants: Provide general support to the production team with various tasks, including set preparation, running errands, and assisting other crew members.
Production Coordinators:Provide general support to the production team with various tasks, including set preparation, running errands, and assisting other crew members.

Background TalentQualifications (General):
Proven experience working in a film or television production environment (years of experience can be adjusted based on position)
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work long hours and handle physically demanding tasks (if applicable)
Bonus Points:
Experience working on similar sized productions (feature film, short film, etc.)
Knowledge of specific film equipment and techniques (relevant to the position)
A strong portfolio showcasing previous work (for camera operators, editors, etc.)
