Responsibilities
Executes tasks needed for cash application implementation.
Provide technical and process support for service representative, sales, and account management regarding cash application services.
Understands the business environment for customer; providing guidance on the cash application process.
Execute and apply existing cash application processes in compliance with established regulations and policies.
Skill DescriptorsBusiness Math: Knowledge of mathematical concepts; ability to apply mathematics appropriately to business transactions.Level Working Knowledge: Describes the formulas for basic statistical functions such as average, median. Works with metric and non-metric scales and uses conversion tools and techniques. Assures accuracy using basic validation and cross-checking techniques. Works with fractions and decimal point notation and computations. This role is a hybrid position and would require any successful candidate to commit to a 3 day per week in office requirement.
