We have 2 openings for a Staff Accountant II - must be flexible to work overtime including weekends if needed at month-end. This is non-exempt so overtime pay applies.
Hybrid - 2-3 days a week on site.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
General accounting processes including month end close
Assist with monthly journal entries to close the monthly fiscal period.
Prepare monthly reconciliations for balance sheet accounts.
General Ledger maintenance
Maintain confidentiality of privileged and / or proprietary information.
