Real Estate Property Inspector

We’re seeking a reliable, experienced individual to conduct property inspections for Real Estate listings in the Memphis area. You will be responsible for visiting properties, taking high quality photos and provide a summary of any observed repairs. Some properties are spread out within a 30- mile radius of Memphis, so reliable transportation is a must. You will be required to submit a w-9 for tax reporting purposes and a copy of your drivers license for identification purposes. This is a contract position.
