Ideal job for a part time student with extra time who wants to earn some cash on the side and gain valuable Managerial experience. Maintain the 2 properties and growing portfolio. Manage repair requests from the tenants. Perform walk through inspections and document reports using google forms. Collect rental fees or ensure they get paid. Coordinate with owner, renters, repairman, etc. Ensure property is well taken care of, stays clean, safe, etc. Assisting with finding tenants, evictions, showing property, managing paperwork such as ensuring tenant lease contracts are properly filled out and signed. Assist with managing disputes with renters or service providers as needed, dealing with disruptive tenants. Assist with listing rentals, putting up signs, etc. Keep owner updated with the maintenance and performance of rental units.
