We are seeking a self driven, skilled Office Manager with the following qualifications:
Able to complete all tasks involved in typical Construction office and manage others and their work.
Familiar with various types of heavy equipment, Construction terminology, Microsoft office, QuickBooks, Ability to read plans, and 5 years Office Management in the construction field are requirements to start at the advertised salary.
You may qualify for an interview without the above; however, salary will be negotiated.
Permanent Position & Full time, 45-50 hours per week
5 days per week. 7:45 am – 5:45 pm. NO WEEKENDS
This Position offers:
$1,000 Signing Bonus after 6 weeks of proven compentency

GUARANTEED WEEKLY OVERTIME
To be considered for this position, applicants MUST possess the following requirements:
Minimum of 25 years of age
5 years office management experience in the Construction field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and QuickBooks
Above average problem solving, critical thinking and organizational skills
Able to manage other employees
Ability to work independently, accurately and meet deadlines
Able to process, record and organize large volumes of information with accuracy
Able to lift up to 40 pounds, go up and down stairs several times per day.
Able to work 45-50 hours per week.
Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience in the construction field and are familiar with heavy equipment.
