- 1 year of experience with IT help desk or desktop support preferred
- Good understanding of computer systems, printers and peripherals, networking, mobile devices, and related
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Fluent in English and another language such as Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- BSc/BA in IT, or Computer Science highly preferred
