Hand Packing: Accurately pack automotive parts into boxes or containers according to specified guidelines, ensuring items are secure and undamaged.
Quality Control: Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before packing. Report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
Labeling: Accurately label packages in both English and Spanish, ensuring all information is clear and complies with company requirements.
Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors, effectively communicating in both English and Spanish to enhance workflow and address any issues.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Inventory Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies for packing operations. Report any shortages or needs to management.
Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized packing area to promote efficiency and safety in the workspace.
