Works with the Supervisor to oversee the team and ensure the department meets operational goals on the DC floor.
Responsible for supporting all project phases and communicating with stakeholders to drive progress and performance.
Provide input and assistance with employee performance, departmental planning and training.
Lead team collaboration on initiatives and any work assigned by Supervisor.
Monitors and guides Warehouse Associates as they move items throughout the warehouse.
Works in many areas as assigned and based on business need and volume, cross-trains in other departments, and trains others.
Sets work goals, establishes priorities, and produces quality work.
Comfortable leading and working in a team environment.
Monitors personal and team safety in all daily operations.
Comprehends and applies Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) and receives direction from peers, others in operational roles, and Supervisors.
Consolidates information from many sources, including feedback from others.

2+ years of leadership experience.
2+ years experience within a Distribution center environment.
Ability to clearly convey and accurately receive information through various methods.
Experience with WMS systems, Excel and MS office.
Prior experience using power equipment to process freight throughout the facility (current and valid driver's license)
Capable of collecting, analyzing and displaying data through multiple systems.
Able to work in an upright or moving environment for 8–10-hour shifts.
Able to transfer and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a complete work shift.
