Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems and structures throughout the facility.Reports to: Director of Plant OperationsFLSA: Non-exemptGrade:13EEO: □ 01 Officials and Managers □ 02 Professionals □ 03 Technicians □ 04 Sales Workers □ 05 Administrative Support Workers □ 06 Craft Workers □ 07 Operatives X 08 Laborers and Helpers □ 09 Service WorkersEssential Functions ?Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed.Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons.Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems.Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage.Job Requirements ?Minimum Education
X High school diploma or equivalent RequiredRequired Skills
