Maintenance position

Looking for skilled maintenance person to provide repairs for single family rentals. Skills to include, but not limited to, plumbing, minor electrical, carpentry, painting, yard work, and Sheetrock repair. This is a part-time, episodic position. Must have own tools, and reliable transportation. This position is perfect for someone already providing services in their own business. Must have clean work history and background check.
