Position Overview:
We’re hiring motivated, dependable Crew Members to join our hardscape installation team. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals on custom outdoor projects while gaining skills and advancing your career.
What You’ll Do:
Assist in installing patios, retaining walls, pavers, and outdoor features, follow site plans and direction from team leaders, operate hand tools and light equipment, maintain a clean and safe job site, work outdoors in various weather conditions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Physical ability to lift, dig, and perform manual labor
Team-player attitude
Experience in landscaping or construction is a plus, but not required
