seeking discount buyer's real estate agent

I intend to buy a $1.3M home in Knoxville area in the coming months. Am seeking a creative and motivated buyer's agent that knows how to discount or rebate a fair fraction of the buyer's 3% commission. I am an excellent buyer (I have the resources) and am looking at homes that sell themselves, so this will be an easy transaction, so the discount/rebate is warranted.
