This is a direct hire position!Shift Availability: 2nd and 3rd shift Monday-FridayMaintenance Technician responsibilities:Ensure equipment availability and readiness to meet the production schedule requirementsDiagnose machine problems quickly, perform effective troubleshooting of equipment, tools, and process to maintain production of machinery.Maintains data on performance of equipment, tooling, and processesDemonstrates safety awareness and always executes safety policies and proceduresMaintain uptime on all production equipment to meet throughput rates on a consistent and reliable basisAssist Manufacturing Engineers in improving the performance of equipment and processes and participate in the implementation of ideas that reduce downtime and improve overall productivityPerform any building maintenance as neededOther duties as assignedMaintenance Technician requirements:Strong background in electrical and hydraulicsHigh School Diploma or GEDReliableAdditional skills/proficiency in areas such as: Welding/Fabrication, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical/Electronics, PLC programming preferredAbility to dismantle, rebuild, or install equipmentAbility to read a variety of engineering and schematic drawingsDon't let this great Maintenance Technician opportunity pass you by!
