Full time Maintenance Techs
I manage multiple older homes in and around the Broadway area.
Duties include but not limited to: all forms of residential repairs, HVAC (needs to be certified), repair homes after resident has moved out and get ready for new resident, etc.
This is an hourly pay at $18. There are no benefits but can be paid daily or weekly.
Seeking 2 maintenance techs that are hard working, trust worthy and very reliable. Must have your own tools and reliable transportation.
