Looking for experienced self motivated people to do carpentry work as well as (primarily) exterior painting. This position requires you be able to tolerate hot and cold temperatures as the majority of the work is outdoors. You must also be able to climb ladders up to 40 feet. Please allow me to be very blunt, I am NOT running a daycare I need people that are honest, professional, pay attention to detail, and can quickly produce quality work. In order to continue to grow my small business I need to be able to leave the job site to get supplies and meet with clients and potential new clients and feel confident that quality, professional work will be getting done and that if you have finished a task that you are motivated enough to move to the next task without me holding your hand and repeatedly tell you what to do.
