Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Technician with a primary focus on drywall repair and painting. The ideal candidate will also assist with a variety of miscellaneous repair tasks and, depending on the project schedule, provide support to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and septic teams.
This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, flexibility, and a strong work ethic. The technician must be capable of working independently or as part of a crew, with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Repairing drywall: patching, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing to paint-ready condition.
Interior and exterior painting, including brush, roll, and spray applications.
Preparing job sites including masking, drop cloth placement, and surface cleaning.
Performing texture matching and touch-up as required.
Secondary/Miscellaneous Repairs
General carpentry and home repair tasks (e.g., trim, minor flooring fixes, doors/windows).
Appliance hookups or small fixture replacements.
Caulking, sealing, and general maintenance duties.
Cross-Trade Support
Assist HVAC technicians with ducting, filter changes, basic installs, and clean-up.
Support electricians with basic wiring tasks, fixture installs, conduit pulling, etc.
Aid plumbers in fixture changes, drain work, leak repair, and line tracing.
Provide help to septic technicians for fieldwork, inspection prep, or pumping logistics.
We Are Looking For
2+ years of experience in drywall repair and interior painting.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and ladders.
Drivers License
Drug Free
Ability to pass a Background Check
Preferred
Willingness to learn and cross-train with other trades.
